Registration

Thank you for your interest in Cherry Preschool.

Open registration for 2010-2011 was completed on February 11, 2010.  Currently, all classes are full except for:

• Clase de Padres e Hijos (Latino Parent/Child)  Application for Clase de Padres e Hijos
• Parent/Child Application for Parent/Child--girls only
• Afternoon Bridge to Threes

To apply for any class except Clase, please call or email the school or send in the waiting list  application (see online application).  Spaces will be filled on a first come, served basis. Please contact the school for details.

There are always changes, however, between now and the start of school next September.  For this reason, we welcome and encourage your application for the waiting list.  There is no charge to do so.

To be placed on the waiting lists:

• Please complete the Application for Classes form and return it with no fee included.

• To maximize your chances for enrollment, we urge you to be flexible and indicate as many choices as possible for your child.  

• Class openings will be offered to families in order of their position on the waiting list.  Children may be wait listed for more than one class.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE NEEDED?

An important part of Cherry Preschool’s community outreach effort is to make the preschool accessible to all families regardless of their ability to pay.  Cherry Preschool does everything in its power to support its families and keep in school all children who are part of the preschool community.  Guidelines and applications for financial assistance are available here and in the preschool office. All required forms must be turned in with the application by the registration deadline.  Families are notified of their awards at the time of placement.  For applications turned in after the deadline, awards are made on a first come, first served basis within the limitations of the school’s budget and fundraising ability.  Decisions are made by the Director and Financial Manager and all requests for assistance are kept confidential.
